According to a study from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, 20.3 million people aged 12 or older had a substance use disorder in the past year. It is titled "How Addiction and Substance Abuse Affect Sleep: A Guide to Sleep Health During Recovery" and would make a helpful addition to your list.
